I started practicing yoga seven years ago at my local gym to complement my workout. I soon realised that yoga was more than just exercise for my body; no matter how I felt when I started the class, I left my mat feeling relaxed, refreshed and with a clear mind. My passion for yoga led me to train as a Yoga Teacher last year, qualifying as a Yoga Alliance 200 teacher. I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a dynamic, fast-paced, flowing style of yoga which links the breath to creative sequences of poses. Without yoga I would not have been able to make the transition from the corporate world to fulfilling my dream of quitting my job and travelling around the world. I have now returned from my travels ready to share my passion for yoga through my teaching.
